Services & Fees

Solace & Solutions offers counseling services to adults and teens seeking guidance and healing regarding a wide variety of personal and relationship issues. Counseling is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual or couple.

Fees: Network Health Insurance Accepted or $45.00 for 1st session and $35.00 for follow-up sessions.

Relationship Issues

Experiencing relationship issues can be traumatic in so many different ways: the end of a dream or a familiar life, feelings of rejection, sadness, anger, guilt, questions about the future, financial and other issues. Please don't suffer silently; help is available.

Cancer

As a cancer survivor, I will listen to you, understand what you are going through, and offer help in dealing with your health issues. I will also help family members deal with these difficult issues.

Teenager's Issues

The teenage years can be a difficult time for both teenagers and family members. There are unique pressures, such as conforming to peer's beliefs, fitting into groups, using alcohol/drugs, becoming sexually active, balancing family, friends, academics, and extracurricular activities, and many more. Talking about difficulties and problem solving can significantly reduce frustration, anger, and sadness. Being a teenager can be a happy time in life. I can work with teens alone or with parents.
